This website presents items as an invitation for sale and reserves the right to refuse sales without giving reason.

All prices are in £ GBP Pounds Sterling (UK Pounds) Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our stores, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click to "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process your order.

We accept UK Cheques, UK Postal Orders, Visa, Delta, Switch, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. You may send your credit card information via the Internet. Our server uses a secure 128bit algorithm to encrypt your details.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us as a result of this, a charge will be made for re-delivery

Internet Cookies:

Our shopping software uses cookies. You must have cookies turned on in your browser for the ordering system to work correctly.

Shipping address & Billing address & Credit card payments:

Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company.

We will ship to a separate delivery address for your convenience once satisfied of card security verification.  Once verified you can use this separate address for all future orders for your convenience.
We have introduced these precautions for the safety of our customers and us.

Cheque or UK Postal Order payments:

Your order will be processed as soon as the cheque is cleared or when we receive the UK postal order. We will ship to any shipping address if the payment is made by cheque or UK Postal Order.

Shipping and Delivery Time:

We dispatch your order on the day of receipt if we receive your order before our cut off time and if we have the order in stock.

Our cut off time is 4PM prompt on weekdays. If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either e-mail or telephone. We will tell you when we expect that part of the order to arrive.

You will be given the opportunity to cancel that part of the order if you so wish. We may send your order in more than one package if some items are not in stock; however we will only charge you one postage fee.

A signature is required for the delivery if a courier is used for delivery and we will provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel.  Postal may be via the post office and part of your normal day to day delivery of post.

Our packaging is high quality jiffy bags or boxes depending on the quantity of goods ordered to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Please note that it is the courier who guarantee the delivery on the next working day, not ourselves. Complaints about the courier service should be made to them.

If the carrier has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us as you failed to pick up the goods within the time limits imposed by the carrier, we will treat this as a cancelled order and we will make a charge not exceeding £10.00 to cover our costs in resending these goods out to you. You will also be charged postage at our current tariff if you require the goods to be re-delivered.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the carrier.

In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquires have been completed.

This can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or, at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing (quoting your Invoice number) at the address stated at the bottom of your confirmation email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods (subject to enquiries being completed).

EU Member States
Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days. The cost for is specified in your shopping cart and depends on quantity and weight of goods as per normal online shopping requirements.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

Manufacturer's Warranty :
In the event that a product needs to be returned to a manufacturer for service or warranty work, the customer is responsible for all shipping arrangements. Please refer to manufacturer policies regarding the procedure and cost of shipping returns; please contact them for details.

TAX:

All orders are inclusive of all UK taxes. Both for delivery cost and products themselves.

Credit Card Security:

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer systems. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We have secured a 128 bit SSL certification to quality our security for your peace of mind.

Privacy Policy:

We take your privacy very seriously and will protect and uphold the data protection act to ensure your absolute confidentiality and privacy at all times whilst using our website store. We do not disclose buyer's information to any third parties for any reason.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected items. Your order details are printed onto paper and sent to you along with your order. Your order details are also stored on a server in which all data files are fully encrypted.

We must keep a record of your order for future queries by you about your order, the prevention and detection of fraud, for events such as a product recall and for inspection by the relevant government taxation bodies.

We also send out an occasional news letter in email format in which we inform you about special offers and keep you up to date with things at our store. Functionality is built into the news letter to make it easy for you to unsubscribe.

We do not guarantee descriptions to be completely accurate and deny all liability. Typos can happen and we apologise if there is a misrepresentation. All prices, descriptions, and pictures can change without notice.
