Frequently Asked Questions :Q: How can I check if my order has been shipped?
A: Please email: Customer Services & we can confirm this for you. All orders are shipped same day when ordered before our cut off time of 4pm. We will contact you by email or by telephone if your order will be subject to any delay.
Q. My order should have arrived by now. What else should I do?
A: Please allow 2 days before contacting us in regards to non receipt of delivery. Once this time has elapsed we will be happy to track your order for you. Please email: Customer Services

Q: How do you send out orders?
A: We use a courier service of Royal Mail. Our courier service guarantees next day delivery before 5.30pm. All deliveries are made under plain cover unless otherwise requested. Royal Mail allows 3-5 days for delivery
Q: Can I get a product special ordered?
A: We like to offer our customers the best service possible by providing a large selection of products. Our merchandising team will be happy to try and obtain a product you have been searching for. Please email us with your suggestions or requests Customer Services

Q: Can I exchange or return merchandise?
A: We do not offer refunds except in accordance with consumer regulations. We are happy to exchange a product within 14 days of purchase as long as the product has not been used and is in original packaging and undamaged. The customer will need to pay for delivery to re send the product back to us.
